The number of members is unlimited and all owners of built properties or owners of building land included in the 1st Macrolotto are members of the company.
The Board of Directors is currently made up of five members, they are elected by the members and remain in office for a renewable three-year period. The legal representation of the company lies with the President of the Board of Directors.
