Lo strumento giuridico che ha regolato questa lottizzazione \u00e8 stato un semplice contratto di mandato, col quale gli oltre 200 proprietari di terreni si sono riuniti per sostenere gli oneri necessari per la realizzazione delle opere di urbanizzazione dell\u2019area.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Una volta ultimate queste opere e gli insediamenti produttivi e direzionali previsti dal piano di lottizzazione, il 1\u00b0 Macrolotto ha dato origine alla societ\u00e0 \u201cCONSER, consorzio servizi del 1\u00b0 Macrolotto Industriale di Prato\u201d per tutelare al meglio gli investimenti qualificando l\u2019area sia dal punto di vista infrastrutturale che da quello dei servizi e che fosse in grado di gestire l\u2019impianto centralizzato di riciclo delle acque con annesso acquedotto industriale e antincendio.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">The 1st industrial Macrolotto of Prato is the largest industrial subdivision created in Italy in the 1980s on a totally private initiative.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">This industrial area extends in the southern district of the Municipality of Prato for approximately 150 hectares, where today over 700 micro and small businesses (mPI) operate, employing approximately 3\/4,000 people.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">The legal instrument that regulated this subdivision was a simple<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">mandate contract, with which the over 200 land owners came together to support the costs necessary for the construction of the urbanization works in the area.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Once these works and the production and management facilities envisage the subdivision plan were completed, the 1st Macrolotto gave rise to the company &#8220;CONSER, consortium of services of the 1st Macrolotto Industriale of Prato&#8221; to better protect the investments by qualifying the area both from an infrastructural and service point of view and which was capable of managing the centralized water recycling system with adjoining industrial and fire prevention aqueduct.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;
